Just received a call from an Indian sounding chap called Charles . Asked me to confirm if I was receiving a high volume of telemarketing calls, and that he could help. Gave me the 0845 number, and told me to call for a box to plug in to the phone for ?1 something per month. I asked him to hold on for a moment, muted the call, put it on speaker and just left the phone on the desk while I carried on with my work. This was a scam call from a woman with foreign accent claiming to be from TalkTalk. She cut the call as soon as I challenged her.

Had several calls, basically a scam on Amazon and they want your card details. Automated message, just hang up.

These idiots rang and woke me up 01.30 a.m. with a marketing message. An unsolicited call and would not use them now out of principal even if I was interested in SMS.

I called this number back after a missed call from them. The automated system attendant stated "Thank you for calling Plan International". This is a charity organisation for children that I recently subscribed to (2 staff members approached my home) for monthly donations, thus not a rogue caller (for me anyway)

Asked by an Asian sounding man if I had an accident in my car recently and was injured. Told him no and politely hung up.

Caller hung up as soon as my answerphone kicked in. Can't have been important - probably another time-waster.

getting loads of these bloody phone calls over a week all different number is it the same company selling different items i am getting totally p----d of with these you are in the middle of doing something and you stop to answer the phone you put them on your reject list but yet another number rings you ahhhhhhhh

Asked who they were, as didn t recognise number said if they were cold calling I wasn t interested. Then attitude became aggressive as I "needed" to listen to them. I asked for my number to be removed from database and not to call me again. They were still going on when I hung up. Now added to blocked list
