Another pain in the arse call about an accident. I asked them where they'd got the number and was told that it was "publicly available from a list of people who'd had accidents". In that case, I said, why are you asking me if I've had an accident? That obviously wasn't in their script as they hung up. Called about a accident I had last year, which I did not have, he confirmed my name and my address (personal details). When I said I had not had the accident he said that they must be mistaken and then when I asked who they were and how they had my personal details he hung up on me.
