They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. Fraud Saying my Nat ins number is suspended due to it being connected to an offence. Failure to press 1 and speak to an officer will lead to my national insurance number being suspended, not pressing 1. Outdoor also mean my assets are liable to be stolen. Three Further calls with same recorded message were made from theses numbers. 07584563 followed by 412, 707 and 412. These were over 2 days. I am hoping my service provider can help but not holding my breath.
