SCAM SPAM Fraud Dangerous

SCAM this number calls and tries to get you to sign up for medical emergency devices like pendants. They tell you different excuses for their call like you had a medical appointment and now qualify for a few pendant with a huge one off service fee on over £150 that y they then say is for 12 months service which isn't a one off payment. They all for your card or direct debit details and when you tell them you think it's a scam they hang up on you.

They rang saying it was the Inland Revenue and that I had ignored letters and owed money and to press 1 to speak to their operative which I did not do. I blocked the number. I am a pensioner with heart problems so not impressed. It was a recorded message which sounded robotic - hope this helps and hope you can take it down. I've reported it to Inland Revenue via their on line form.

A man with a strong foreign accent rang to say we had £137 refund from the insurance on our washing machine and wanted bank details so the refund could be made. Definatly a fraudulent attempt.

Phone scam from Pakistan claiming to be Three Mobile. When I said how poor Three were and that I would never consider moving to them they became abusive. I blocked the number and they started calling me through WhatsApp using their personal phones (+92 349 4942139, +92 349 4942137 and others) & said if I blocked them again they would find other ways of calling me & continued their abuse. SCAM I think it’s a romance scam number. Started innocently but then exhibited signs of romance scamming … wonderful to have met you, I love you, I’m hoping all will go well etc… not even met or spoken. Really odd and find the number has been searched a few times which only confirms my suspicions!

SCAM - fraudsters are using this number pretending to be O2. woman Called, then when I called back (knowing it was 'Mem's Cafe' after a google search), a man picked up with the same accent and didn't seem to care nor want to investigate - so assuming he's involved and is using the number in the same way.

SPAM Person asked for a name that I have never heard of. I told him sorry, wrong number. He said "that's fine, what's your name please?" I said he doesn't need my name as he has called the wrong number and he got mad at me telling me that I'm rude and should tell him name. I hung up.

SCAM This person rang me 3 times one after the other. He said he was from an investment firm and I stopped his spiel as soon as I heard that. He became extreme belligerent when I told him I wasn't interested and to remove my details from his list. I ended the call and he had the audacity to keep ringing me even though I kept rejecting his call!
