They say they are calling from PC World and Curry's currently had 8 phone calls from them, sounds like a scam.
I managed to keep this caller on the line for about 10 minutes. I was told they were to help with Windows problems. I asked for an address and was given 15 Victoria Street London. The helpline number is 0800 031 4414. The first person was female with a foreign accent and mentioned Las Vegas USA then South East Asia and India when I asked where their base was. had a call about us having a voucher from the company re new windows. When told we were not interested and rang off, they rang again about five minutes later and requested coming to visit us. Was told we did not want a visit, they were to post the voucher to us.

SCAM - some paki pretending to be from your internet company saying error messages. I always say I've a fault that means my router gets disconnected when someone's calling but string the scumbags along as long as I can.

SCAM - Automated call - they told me they were from my internet service provider (but didn't give a company name) and that there had been illegal activity so they were going to cut my service.. unless I pressed 1 to speak to an adviser.
We all need to report them to the ICO, the will act on these unwanted annoying calls.
