A.O.com ---- something to do with an alleged former purchase from their company, I have no issues with anything brought so it's rubbish. they will ring over and over, and almost daily. but at least this app stops them. however I still get the notifications which is a pain. my advice, block em.
I was curious of this number previously but have now related it to my house alarm which is set up to text me when there is a fault/activation of my house alarm. Every month an automated check is done on the phone line (hence the 61p charge on my bill) to check the system is still working ok and able to then text when required. A small price to pay I guess for piece of mind when having an alarm system, but unfortunately something my alarm fitter forgot to mention when installing it!

Had a call today from a man claiming to be Windows who said that my computer had automatically informed him of a fault. Sensing this was a scam, I persisted in asking for a name (none was given apart from windows , and an explanation of what the error code was that he was claiming to get from my computer. I had a missed call from this number when I was at my work. I called back to see who had been calling as I have had a few missed calls from this number. The line rang for a bit and then an indian man answered the phone and said he was from an loan company.
A lady asked for me by name and asked about unsecured debts. I said I didn’t have any and she just hung up on me! No thanks anyway or goodbye or anything! How rude.
