It seems as though this could be a nuisance caller. My husband and I have both had calls from this number today, on our mobiles, while on holiday in France. It's slightly worrying, as we have many friends and relatives in the Manchester area. Lengthy call from man with odd accent - maybe African pretending to be American. Said he had $30,000 of bitcoin to send to me from scammers who had used my ID. I don't trust him, found him hard to understand and I eventually hung up. Seemed dodgy to me.

This was a call from refund on a BitCoin account I had 5 years ago, that I never traded with and closed down within weeks of opening. The chap couldn't give me any background or was willing to listen to what I had to say. I made it evident that I wasn't comfortable about going on my computer to access an account and he got rather aggressive in his tone. I said I wasn't happy with his tone and he turned it on me. In the end he was very rude and put the phone down on me.
