The company are legit BUT beware the 'free' government funding claim - it is funded, but, from your adult learning grant which is means tested, they need all your income details etc and a £125 fee if you do not complete the course.

This company is suposed to be a Management Property Company.(alas I didn't catch the name) They phoned today theBank Holiday for our Queens Funeral which I was watching. When I rang it back (02045 385857) it rang & rang. but no reply. It was not a normal ring for the UK but a ring for abroad. This made me think it was the middle of the night somewhere. Received an automated call from this number purporting to represent my credit card (no name mentioned, no bank name mentioned) saying that it had been used twice, once on Amazon, and for a foreign currency transaction. Press 1 for security, 2 for customer services. SUSPECT FRAUD!!
SCAM robo call saying that there has been possible fraudulent activity on my bank account. When I questioned them they refused to say what bank they were, and that they were the 'fraud department'. They got angry so I called them out as the scammer they are and according to the scammer all UK people are idiots. Have reported it to action fraud.

HSBC mortgage department. Not a scam or fraudulent in any way. The fraud department confirmed this for me.
