I had a call from this number saying it's the police and my national insurance has been used for suspicious activities. They threatened me with arrest and then asked me for my name and my insurance number, When I said I wouldn't give it to them and would present myself to a precinct instead they hung up on me.

This number called my office and asked for a person that was not at our address. The person at the end of the phone called me a F ing idiot and put the phone down.
He says he is a single Dad. Italian American sergeant in the American army based in Australia. Goes by the name of Michael Zuniga.
