Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. Claiming to be from HMRC stating tax fraud has been registered to my name. Then requests you to press 1 to be connected. This is a works phone so not even registered to a person, rather a company.

This is almost certainly a student from Oxford University calling as part of the annual campaign asking for donations towards their fees.
