Not sure about this number - a lady called Jo has just phoned me about energy conservation and need to check my loft insulation to. Normally they call me from different Aberdeen Numbers, so now they're trying to catch me out by phoning me from Dumfries. If you answer "hello" or "anything else", the line will be logged as a 'VOICE LINE' and you'll get called back later by a con-artist!
