I had to press a number to cancel payment. Do these morons really think people are still falling for this crap? Just hang up.

SCAM purportedly from your bank stating that the fraud department has noticed two fraudulent transactions on your account, the first from Amazon in the sum of £700 didn’t need to listen to the second one. My bank do not use a Manchester address and certainly wouldn’t use a pre recorded message.BEWARE

I had a phone call from 02922229992 clalming to be Eon, who asked if I wanted a 'Smart meter', they wanted my account details.... RED FLAG!!!!! Eon SHOULD have my account details - well, they certainly had my phone number. I contacted Eon and they told me to block the number it wan't them....! Spam phone call from someone claiming to be from a mobile phone company trying to sell mobile phone contract. Beware!

please be aware of this spam. They said I had ordered a removal van and were calling to arrange one for me. It ties into several hoax calls I received last week as all the callers were sub Asians.

I blocked this number 01372519728 because I tried to call and find out who was calling. It beeped 3 times and cut off. I believe this is a dangerous scam and so I blocked it.

Caller claimed to be from a company called Medical Health Services based in Bournemouth but refused to give address, saying I could Google it. There is no such company. He said he was calling people over 60 with a special offer on an emergency alarm device.

Attempt at an O2 scam, told me I was entitled to a free gift and discount on my tariff as a loyalty reward. I then got sent text messages from O2 with a security code that the caller wanted (not given). It was an attempt to access/take over my account.
