After endless repeated attempts from scammers trying to phish me. I dont answer strange numbers, especially ones that dont leave a message. This caller is not my doctor/ friend/work/family, so I simply have blocked them. unfortunately they pop up every day in the optimiser part of my phone despite me blocking their number.

Like other reviewer, I had the same call today from a lady with a very strong accent and could not understand a word she was saying apart from hearing 02. Told her I wasn't with 02, she said you are, (I think). Put the phone down and blocked it. This number is a genuine number but it has been spoofed by unscrupulous people. I called the number back and they have advised of the above and to ignore the call coming from that number. The genuine people are lovely, it’s the people using the number (spoofing it) that are the problem
