I didn t catch the beginning of the message stating the caller (even when it was repeated) but understood that that an order for collection had been delayed for 24 hours. After checking this site (and hearing from my daughter that she had received an email from M&S with the same details) I can confirm this number is currently for M&S

The guy claimed to be spanish, living in East Ham, talking with low voice, possibly using voice camouflage.
