I got a call from them querying a legitimate transaction. They are genuine, however they annoyed me greatly by taking an age to load my account and kept me on hold for longer than I liked whilst they looked into it. For a fraud department I would have liked them to have been way quicker.
Claimed I had been in car accident that wasn't my fault. (I hadn't!). Do not answer calls from this number.
