I was called by someone called Chelsea from carephone who offered me an upgrade phone. She also gave me the number 08448933933 if I had any problems. I did receive the phone but didnt like it. Everyone, get yourself a BT Call Blocker Phone 8600 (with Call Guardian) - its brilliant, you will never be worried with these scammers again - it blocks them for you and your friends and family get through. Honestly cannot recommend enough! Had it 3 weeks and its stopped all this rubbish - FABULOUS!
