I answered, and right away, a robot with female voice started to say something about HMRC, penalty, and I remembered that I saw some reviews from another phone numbers saying about this kind of calls, pretended to be from HMRC. Te dice que le hagas el pago por transferencia o Bizum. Una vez que pagas, no te manda el producto, te bloquea el WhatsApp y no te contesta las llamadas. Es un timador latino de Madrid.

This caller had a strong foreign accent, claimed to be calling from BT and was attempting a conversation. I couldn't understand her.
Received a call saying they were BT and my broadband had been compromised. Also received a text to my mobile so beware they are very convincing
