SCAM Call from Sky technician department! Strong Asian accent. There is a problem with my broadband router. Not with and never have been with sky. Wanted me to load an app on my phone so she could show me what the issue was with the router. Not happening I said. Got accused of arguing with her. Managed to waste 8 minutes of her time before hanging up and blocking.

They also use another number as soon as you tell them to go away in short, sharp jerky movements ( that s f off in Enlgish lol! ). They said they were calling from HMRC, however HMRC never calls mobile numbers. Had calls from 01509 553080 and 553082 saying they are from carphone Warehouse Head Office. Am expecting a call back today, but will ask for this deal to be confirmed in email.When you call the numbes back one is a message saying "Carephone Warehouse" the other is a message saying E2Save" is would guess this is not a Carphone warehouse employee and as a result will remove my business from them and go direct with the Service Provider.
