This guy hacked my friends Facebook and sent me a message saying "hey can I ask you a massive favour? I m having trouble with my PayPal, can I send you my months wages, and meet you for it later?". I d know this guy 10 years, I had no reason to say no... but I was busy at work so I stupidly gave him my log on to sort it out himself, I only had £100 in there anyway. Called me on a very bad stuttery line claiming to be BT about my internet connection, i asked him his Telephone Number and it was different to the one i got when i called 1471. Scam Caller.

We have received up to 5 calls before lunchtime from this number! Today I went through to the sales team to ask them to remove our number from the database, the girl started asking me how old my boiler is! When I was insistent she put the phone down on me, how rude!

I am totally sick of this company ringing my house. Been going on for more than three years now and I am sick of asking them not to keep calling my house. Some times they call up to 6 times a day. They rang yesterday and then hung up before I got to phone. I rang 1471 and I have numerous problems with my arms and hands and pressed 3 by mistake and returned the call. Now I have been charged an extra ?7 pound on my bill for that call. Not happy.

keeps ringing me saying they are 02 or credit investigation team! scammers ignore them! they ring at least 8 times a day off similar numbers

Fake "BT Internet" recorded message claiming internet access will be disconnected. Scam.

Its not just AO I just received a call from a young woman claiming to be from boots appliances, in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact her sole purpose was to sell insurance cover! She repeated every detail of my delivery, which I already know, told me they can remove my old appliance, which I already know etc etc etc then asked me why my old appliance was broken! All leading to the insurance pitch! These are badly scripted insurance sales calls! I am very disappointed that boots

This is a Scam ,but unfortunately it was to late for me.It was not untill they phoned me and said that another claim that I was expecting, they said that had come through.But I phoned another no from my paperwork and they told me it was a scam.I called UKASH to put a block on Voucher.But they had used most of it .They also changed one in to Euros.I am now out of pocket ,plus the 6% that UKASH will charge in getting a refund.SO BE AWARE
