Got a call from that number today they left a message saying they were Bank of Scotland fraud department

oh, so i wasnt alone, not the only victim then. i didnt return the call. but i got their message asking me to call back coz it s urgent!

Weird phone call. Called me up on Skype and all you you hear is a voice saying "please hold the line". Call the number back and it instantly gives you the error tone.
