SPAM checking on Google the number appears to belong to Niagra Heathcare in Crawley. There is no reason for them to be calling me, we rarely use our landline and would not have given out this number.

Caller claimed to be from Dell asking to speak to IT manager.
Received a call 14th Feb 2023. It showed up as suspected spam but call ended quickly whilst I was still thinking about whether to answer. Probably was company offering to get us money back for timeshare purchase. A recent call also showed as suspected spam turned out to be from garage confirming my appointment with them.

I believe it is a scam. I blocked it as a nuisance call which I can only do on my landline. It kept ringing me every 15 minutes. No answer when I managed to pick up the call.

I answered phone on first ring and got a recorded message saying they were sorry they were unable to contact me ‘at this time’ and asked me to call back or try again later. Asked for a "Mr. Raymond"; when informed he had the wrong number, he requested my name to add to their caller registry. I declined, and he tried to tell me something about investing. I ended the call early by saying I had stuff to do. Overall the guy on the other end was very respectful and polite, and had a very mild Indian accent, so I think he might've been legit. Of note, however, is that my number is a Canadian number.
"HMRC" Seems a scam, I doubt they would call from a mobile number.
