Internet Claimed to be from plusnet....knew my full name and address and said they could get me a better deal. The line was very bad and I found it hard to understand the accent. He assured me it would only take a few minutes, which I said I couldn't spare...so he gave up. Plusnet do not have the number he called on

Same as below received emailed ebay order confirmation which states 'call us on + 20 7665 0123 to report this to our fraud protection team'. Just recently used ebay for first time in years so very suspect and definately not a genuine order. Someone who sounded asian rather than Armenian called and asked me to go to her website. There was so much background noise (usual noisy room full of scammers) I was unable to hear what she was saying except she asked if I bought and sold stocks and shares which I do. I told her I had never heard of her and trusted no one who cold calls me to sell me something. She said she had not told me what she was selling. I suggested she sent me an email as she claimed she knew all my details and hung up.
Received call from this number, call was disengaged when the answering clicked. Returning call does not connect.
