They said her computer was in really bad shape from the virus & said they d have to call her back. When they did, she was told it would be additional $. Her total paid, over $700. Had 3 or 4 calls daily for past few weeks. I answered and finally got reply (PPI), requested that my details be removed from their mailing list yesterday and surprise another call this morning. This borders on aggressive sales practice and pure harassment.
I found the only way to deal with these scammers is to unplug all the 'phones in the house. Simply plug one in when you need to use it. A pain when they leave mail I know...
