Spam call - using an autodialler calling our business number with a pre recorded greeting about "I understand you are the home owner". I've had these calls on lift emergency lines and other "non residential" numbers. A total pain in the arse. Especially the lift / elevator number, they continue to call even though you explain that they've called a line for emergency use only.

A woman answered stating she’s from HMRC couldn’t give me anymore detail, then kept asking for my name when I was called from them? So surely they should know my name.
