Fraud A banking scam - purporting to be TSB and checking fraudulent transactions. Almost convinced us to give standing orders and direct debit details, and had confirmed a couple of transaction. Called by this number a few minutes ago. Answered but nothing on the other end, silent call. I do NOT know of anyone in Bangladesh and was highly suspicious when I saw the number as scammers from that part of the world usually hide their number of spoof a UK number. Added to my BLOCKED numbers.

SCAM received a txt message saying this was the post office, who attempted to deliver a parcel, providing name and link to contact them back. I investigated the number- registered only 2 month ago in another UK city, web site identified this number as belonging to the Russian Federation.

Fraud SPAM SCAM A Mr. Ford claiming to be from HMRC, telling me that I have an outstanding debt of £545 which must be paid immediately, otherwise there will be a warrant issued for my arrest. I said that I didn't believe this was a genuine call, hung up and then called HMRC but couldn't get through. After an hour and half trying I gave up, but I don't believe they call people from mobile numbers and I know I don't owe anything.
