When questioned how he had seen my details and what details and where he was based he said it was citizens advice in Manchester . I live in Somerset , I said goodbye and hung up. They then tried to partake in weekly lottery draws, saying I had 98% chance of winning. I said i wasn t interested and that i hadn t entered any comperition and then hung up.

Twice this number called me. The second time immediately after I cancelled the first call. I refuse to answer any unknown numbers and I have not given whom ever they are my number or given permission to anyone else to do so.
