I have received phone calls from this number a few times so I called to tell them to stop calling. The call went to the answering machine message "your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and wait for the next available agent" - no mention of company name (always a rubbish sign), I waited 5 minutes and they disconnected.
Oriental lady, very hesitant, claimed to be from Virgin Media about an internet connection. Used a local number to us, but unlikely to be a Virgin Media number. Rang off when told not a Virgin user. If a valid call would have had initial details available

But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . Robin called. Sounded foreign. Said he was calling from the call blocking and scam department. When I asked what company he was calling from he said "the national call blocking company limited" i said there was no such thing. Curious how this was 24 hours after "microsoft" called me and I told them I didn't believe them..... Told him the only legit call blocking was The Telephone Preference Service, and he hung up.

Robo Caller Scammer, pretending to be HMRC for unpaid taxes
I had missed call on my mobile. I phoned the number from a land-line, and at first there was no answer. It went straight to Vodafone answerphone. I phoned a second time, and a man with a foreign accent answered. I asked who it was but he just said "You phoned me!" He then asked what company I was phoning from. He was quite rude and abrupt. Still no idea who it was ????♀️

Scam call. Pretends to be from O2 offering half price bills. As soon as you say you're not with O2, it hangs up. Local London number but poor quality/routed phone line.
4 times called me, after I pick up a phone it's no answer.

A man rang from this number, I think he said from PAC - had my name and said I had been advised by a financial adviser to move my pension. When I asked where he got this information, he said from Pensionwise. As far as I am aware Pensionwise do not have such information. I said I had not seen a financial advisor or been advised to move my pension. The man was very polite and rang off. I was suspicious and think it could have been a dangerous if I had shared financial info.
