Spammed me with calls over a few days that I kept missing. When I picked up, they claimed to be from Steadman-Chase in London. I didn't really believe them and they tried to convince me to invest, along with trying to throw terms at me to sound smart. When they finally accepted that I wasn't interested, they abruptly hung up. Block this number!
When I answer this call there is a long silence then a female voice says"goodbye" nothing else.

I got a text supposedly from PayPal saying suspicious activity on my account and asking me to check via a link that they provided. I checked my account via a different method and found nothing wrong. This nimber appears to be used by SCAMMERS.
Fraud THIS NUMBER RANG ME SAYING THEY WERE FROM THE NATIONAL CRIME AGENCY SAYING MY NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER WAS BEING USED FOR ILLEGAL PURPOSES AND THERE WAS A WARRANT FOR MY ARREST, I GAVE NO DETAILS OVER THE PHONE AND SAID I WAS RINGING THE POLICE ABOUT THIS MATTER, TO WHICH THE PERSON PUT THE PHONE DOWN, THE GUY HAD AN INDIAN ACCENT AND OBVIOUSLY A SCAMMER, BE CAREFUL
they are claiming I miss a delivery which don't know about and asking to pay surcharge

This is despite only having changed my landline number a couple of weeks ago (because of many such scamming and harassment calls).I went ex directory and only let a few friends know the new number. Fraud Dont go with whatever they offer, claim to be car phone warehouse. Get you signed up for a fake deal, take bank details then order phone to different address anf make new emails addresses. They will. Pretend to send you a email claiming they are car phone warehouse but everything is copied and pasted

Called me and Computer voice told me to be from HMRC that a tax fraud was registered in my Name. Hung up. Not sure if genuine.

Girl with friendly UK accident, asking me about a car accident they claimed I had. When I asked how she knew this, she then said Incident at work? . They try and get you to talk about some incident they can help you with, but I don t they have any real data. When I asked again where she got the data from, she hung up.
This caller is Teach TEFL in China, and is trustworthy. I went to China with them last year and it was a great experience.
