I have received several Phone calls from this company. stating I have had a car accident, and they would deal with it for me. I have not had a motor vehicle for 5 years, when told this they still want to proceed with a claim. I told them I would not help them in making a fraud claim. they wouldnt even tell me where and when this accident location was

Had about 10 abandoned nuisance calls from this number this week and today, I finally got someone to talk to! She pretended to be a solicitor but when challenged had to admit she was not intelligent enough to be a solicitor. I refused to confirm who I was which irritated her hugely. My telephone is recorded on TPS so this is unlawful cold-calling which I will be reporting to various agencies, namely BT Nuisance calls bureau, TPS, Trading Standards, Companies House, Law Society etc. etc.

Answered their survey but gave them total bullshit answers, which they duly wrote down. If we all did the same they would get a kicking from whoever pays them to carry out this work as the feedback would be garbage.

I received a call from this company about 12 weeks ago. i couldn t remember who my old agreements where with as I hadn t kept any paperwork over the years which didn t matter to them as they managed to find all my account numbers and to date I ve had 4 successful claims totaling over 8 thousand pound.
