Insurance/Spam suspected. UK Caller dialled my Swiss mobile and purported to be working on a survey for Swiss government that would take about 1 minute. I was then asked about car and life insurance, so left the call after about 2 minutes and before the 'survey' was completed.

I told them I was TPS registered you should check before tele-marketing. the response I got was that they are too busy to check so they get a third party to do it. Rubbish! they just can t be bothered and they know that TPS is totally toothless.
