I get several calls a week from this company which I ignore. As it seems they have first names they must be getting this information from phone companies selling lists on. Only my friends, family and phone company know my number AND name.

They have been calling for months, sometimes 3 or 4 call a day, pretending to be from Technical Services Talktalk and saying some thing is wrong with my wifi system when I well know nothing is wrong at all. They are becoming a real nuisance.

Hasting Direct staff must sell details onto this company, when I challenged the caller he said false information must have been passed onto them. My car was crashed into but it was parked up with nobody inside at the time, the caller refused to believe me calling me a liar and demanded I go for a medical! This company are based in Brighton and are trying to get you to make charitable donations to various charities.... As I already donate to a charity of my choice I do not wish to be bothered by these types of calls. I m also signed up with TPS so shouldn t get them anyway... I found their direct number which is 01273 698697 and asked them to remove both my numbers from their database... Lets see what happens...

SCAM - Male - Indian, asked for me by name, advised recent bank payment had been overpaid & I could get money refunded. He then gave my correct address & asked me to confirm this was correct. Told him this was excitinging news - I have someone with me at the moment, give me your number & I ll call you back. He hung up immediately. Do not ring your bank/credit card company immediately, it may reconnect you back to the caller who will then ask you to confirm your personal details - very dangerous. Instead
