Scam - Caller said that they were from Microsoft and, over the last four days, they have received notification that hackers etc had got access to my computer. If I turned on my computer they would be able to clear them from it. When I said it was a scam, I was told that if I did not let them remove the hackers, Microsoft would have to stop any computer from being able to work from my address in the future.

Call from 02034589975 the call is originating in an Indian call centre and the caller asks for name, DOB and address before telling me they've located my Vodafone account (which doesn't exist and my details were entirely fictional). SCAM Further to my earlier review I managed to get the operator to give up on me by pretending to be deaf and unable to understand his heavy India accent (not entirely untrue on either count). Kept asking him to repeat all the questions and spell out everything: first his name, then the name of the company etc in a voice that makes me sound older than I am. After 2or 3 minutes he gave up.
