This number is a call centre within the Barclays Bank Group. It is a safe number and I spoke to them following the receipt of a letter on bank headed notepaper and the number is one of 3 listed on the letter that details refunds that have been paid to your bank. You must visit your nearest barclays bank branch with the letter you received to collect your refund.
This IS the number of ONE of the CSA/CMS offices.. there are several across the UK, including Northern Ireland. They cannot specify husband s details in case he has re-married for example..
