Oriental sounding female named Ann, with unclear second name called at 16.25 11-07-22, said she was calling about loft insulation. I hung up and blocked call.
Far Eastern accent, and as soon as I asked him to repeat who he said he was calling from, he hung up. I dialled the number with the prefix 141, but it did not ring out. Clearly a SCAM. Unusually for me, I then dialled the number without the prefix, and that also did not ring at all, even thoigh I had checked that my line was open. AVOID

SCAM, Insurance and accident scam !
There was a call from this number to my mobile number. The line was awful but there was someone on the other end with a strong Asian accent, which added to the bad line, I couldn't understand a word they were saying. It's a Garstang number and I don't know anyone or aware of any business in that area, so presume the call was a possible scam call.
SPAM Unknown number but similar to other calls received over last few weeks but with variation in last 4 digits. Number called several times with no messages left so obviously not important. This number now blocked along with others similar to this.
Silent with a funny digital squeak typical of many call centres when they connect. Time wasting and, I believe, illegal to make silent calls like this?

Telephone call from 07979 752324 at 10:23 on Thursday 23 March. Female caller requested one minute to ask personal questions. Replied "no", however female caller carried on speaking. Did not answer any questions. Believe caller fishing for personal information in order to start some type of fraud. Female caller then terminated call, so number then blocked immediately.

SPAM Was called on my workphone - only colleagues have this number and have no reason for calling me on a Saturday. "Asian-sounding" voice, not speaking in English. When I answered they said something and hung up. This number called me up to ‘follow up’ after a fraud attempt on my Revolut card. I had actually contacted Revolut as I had another scam call the day before (definitely linked to this one) attempting for me to give a code to add my card to their Apple Pay. I believe they had my card details already, so if this has happened to you cancel your card for the account they seem to have and get

This number called today at 07.36 and claimed to be from Microsoft. The person with an Asian accent told me my computer has been compromised and said have you herd of hackers. I asked for an email to confirm it was Microsoft but he reassured me it was and trust him he has details of my computer security number, we went round incircles a bit, then I put the phone down. 10secons later he called back asking why I put the phone down as I new he was genuine but called me from a different number02088884827.

SPAM Person asked for a name that I have never heard of. I told him sorry, wrong number. He said "that's fine, what's your name please?" I said he doesn't need my name as he has called the wrong number and he got mad at me telling me that I'm rude and should tell him name. I hung up.
