Three times today (8 June 2017) this number has rung me and when I answer the line goes dead.
nobody spoke, call dropped after 2 seconds (presumably they re too busy to speak to me this minute, if they dial more numbers than staff in office) Yesterday called from 652001 with similar drop call silent caller, and that number rang twice.

These are Agents, probably working for Energy Consultants. The prices they get for you will include a significant commission. They will lie and harass you into agreeing contracts. Recorded message says it is PayPal and that they have noticed 2 payments this morning that I have made for large sums of money and to ring 1 ,2 etc if not me and 3 to listen to message again. I ignored it as was busy, just rang the number and spoke to a poor lady that said she has had several calls and she lives in Hull and it is obviously not her. She was very apologetic, not that it is her fault. Surely the Telephone service can stop this from happening.
