If you answered "hello" or anything else then the line will be detected as 'a voice line' and you'll likely be called back later by some con-artist! Call center SCAM Calling from O2 apparently, to give compensation for the bad signal quality. I agreed up until they said they would pass me onto their supervisor to get the compensation in progress. Call was from abroad. Not sure if this is a scam or not.
This number seems to be from Dagastan in Russia. As I don't know anyone in Russia I would suggest it is a scam caller. Fortunately I got it as a missed call.
