When called back they state they are HMRC and ask for my phone number I said if you were HMRC you would not be asking me that, they said sorry made a mistake and hung up. big warning signs this is a SCAM!

This person said there was something wrong with my National Insurance Number and wanted to know who I was - Eventually I put the telephone down on them.
Got a call this morning from a lady. I could hardly understand a word she was saying. Thick accent and slow sounding voice. I repeatedly apologised for not being able to understand and asked her to repeat herself. She hung up.

When questioned how he had seen my details and what details and where he was based he said it was citizens advice in Manchester . I live in Somerset , I said goodbye and hung up. I rang back with no reply so I tried again later from my landline.Guy answered and I explained I had received a call but they had put the phone down.He apologised and asked for my mobile number and when I gave him it he already knew my name so I asked where he got my number from.He said I must have filled something out online (which I haven t), however I did attempt to get a EHIC card but couldn t get onto the system so I had to do it

Had the same experience as the previous review. Spoke to representative who advised me my computer had been compromised. I asked him for my IP address and he gave me a made up one. Total scam
Called trying to arrange a survey of the property for Solar Panels, told that they were not trying to sell me anything (yeh right) but a surveyor just happens to be in the area. Made no mention of the fact that they were fined £80,000 last month by the ioc for lying to people over the phone.
SCAM Text Message supposedly from HSBC (who are not my bank) saying there was a new payee request set up from an unrecognised device with a link to Authorise or Cancel the request. Very quickly blocked and deleted, but as others have said, don't click the link, clearly a scam.
