Told me she was calling from Hammersmith, London - on a Cardiff number?? Obviously a scam, knew that from the word go but kept stringing her along for 10 mins before I put the phone down on her.

Caller to our TPS registered number wrongly claiming to be "your current energy supplier". Attempted to tell me I was wrong when I told him that they weren t our supplier, and demanded to know if I was "the manager", and then attempted a line of stammering bullshit when I asked him to prove his credentials by quoting me the account number and the name of the account holder. A complete, lying, shyster who got himself told to sod off, in fairly short order.

My ee account has been billed £9 in total for two texts from this number so I asked ee to block third party charges on my account but I wont be getting my 9 quid back as I have to contact the company who billed me for that WopWappy. I just had fun with 2 of these calls. Call 1: I pretended to be deaf and to mishear everything the caller said... who eventually disconnected! Call 2: when asked "and how are you today?" I responded by giving them a detailed litany of all my ailments, in my case all invented! I would not let the caller get a word in and I terminated the call by thanking them for calling about my health but I have to go now to have my piles looked at by the nurse and I did not want to miss my appointment. Try it...it is real
