Surely I would of had something in the post or an email of some kind instead of these young kids who call up. Im starting to wonder now. Perhaps "Anne Rob" might like to seek this one out....Find this rather odd as my credit file is fine. First thing in the morning too. Dont they think people have children or work to attend to. Called me cold enquiring speculatively enquiring about an alleged accident. They told me they had been sent the report regarding it and then asked me what date it was. When i told them they should know if they had any report they rather rudely and abruptly hanged up. Rude, intrusive, unprofessional and blocked.

Female caller with asian accent claiming to be from BT. She said they were going to disconnect my internet as they have been receiving messages showing it is infected with malware via facebook. I pointed out I don t have facebook and have anti-virus software. She eventually hung up.
