Calls & texts about a non-existent Scottish Widows policy that I've never had, and an address that I haven't lived in for 15-years
Robotic voice first, then Indian voice Claiming a Visa Card has been misused, and starts asking for personal details, I refused and put the phone down. Called again early this morning, put phone down again. As the number does not match any relevant telephone numbers of our Bank, I Believe it is a SCAM call.

Asian man calling himself Alex and offering free roof insulation survey. I knew right away this was a scam so I wound him up with a false address and conflicting postcode which he had to keep on checking and managed to waste 30 minutes of his time. THESE ARE CRIMINALS

I had a phone call from this number which gave an automated message saying it was my bank and that there was suspicious activity (someone had tried to spend £300 on amazon and £1600 elsewhere). It said to press 1 to confirm something. I believe it was a scam.

They were going to get my grants and everything but they are not communicating by email which is strange. When I ask them to send me an email they don’t send any email. This. Number called me at 10.45 am. I do not answer numbers I don't know, so I rejected it. Apparently it was from Coventry and I know nobody in that area. Immediately a call came through from a number which apparently was from Cardiff. I rejected that too. Straight away a third number but I haven't even bothered to find out where that was from. These scammers or whatever they are buy up blocks of numbers and register them to different areas in the hope of fooling someone. I NEVER answer strange number

A guy with a strong eastern accent, called Jason, phoned me claiming to be from BT, claiming that my Internet address had become visible to everyone and that people would try to scam me. He wanted me to open Google but I said I couldn't. It felt like a scam of some sort.

I got a call from this number today, 06/03/2023, from someone claiming to be from Vodafone, I was offered a 20% discount for the last 12 months of my contract. When they asked for my name and address I ended the call. They had a strong Indian accent. I contacted Vodafone who confirmed is was a fraud.
Claimed to be from microsoft about hackers having access to my details. I am very cautious so decided to see if anyone else had similar calls
Suspected automated scam phone call. Claiming to be Amazon confirming purchase of Iphone 13 on my account. Says if you didn't order stay on the line no doubt you get though to someone asking for account/bank details. I just ended call and blocked. My Amazon account does not have this order on it so all okay.
