Very rude people!! They have called me everyday and every day I have asked them nicely to take me off their data base - they all plead ignorant saying this is the first time they have called. They kept wouldn t listen when I told them I haven t been in an accident. Answered and guy started to talk (I think) with a lot of people chatting in the background. Then phone went dead. I have now programmed my new Panasonic phones to block this number in the future. What a good investment they were.
An indian sounding guy posing as a Talk Talk techie rings house phone, convinces you that your router is giving out problem signals. Gets you to go online, shows you shed load of viruses, licence expiry and explains due to this you no longer have any security on your pc, the security on pc you have therefore won t work until you pay for the licence agreement renewal and pay £400 for a lifetime security installation from Windows. He then convinces you to allow remote access so he can install drivers onto pc
