If you say "yes" the system puts you through to a person - I asked to be taken off their list - they hung up. I have now blocked this number. They call on a Saturday! SCAM in my view - telling me they were calling about the warranty on my Bosch washing machine - it had expired and wanted to charge me £7 for it. I do not have a Bosch and the machine I have is at least 15 years old! English voice for a change. Apparently the manufacturer hands over the customers details.
