Claimed to be Curry’s PC would, immediately hung up as they have no reason to call me and it was a foreign call centre
They called me pretending to be Windows support stating my ID had been compromised. They were very convincing. Got me to share laptop using Anydesk and also got me to run a WIN+r function. After they didnt call back as promised realized i had been scammed.
SCAM posed as my daughter on WhatsApp and asked me to pay a bill. Very plausible but bank fraud team picked up on it thankfully
Energy scam. Called the number back - message said I had been called on behalf of Scottish Power. Didn’t sound genuine.

Text from this number claims to be from Barclays saying a payment was set up to someone. It included a link, which I didn't use, as I don't bank with Barclays. Obviously a scam.
Persistant phone calls from this number every day for the past week. Answered it today thinking it could be someone important, turns out to be company who provide free boiler upgrade ? They're pretending to be iD Mobile but they're not, god knows how they're finding what mobile service we're with to try and make the text message look genuine. Call center Difficult to hear in busy call centre, sounded like she said it was on behalf of Currys PC World. When I asked how I could help her she said 'ok' and then hung up. Very much doubt it was a legitimate call
