Similar number 1324300124 is already reported here with life insurance - probably this one is the same case, same call centre? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Well it seems that all the number from this range 2034765xxx should be the same call centre, calling with pensions/financial services and sometimes reported as fake PPI claims. Double-check all info provided, but I recommend to block the whole 2034765xxx range to save your from problems...
