Recorded message which claimed to be from a bank regarding fraudulent payments on a card but did not specify which bank they were from, which card or ask for our names, asked to press 1 to close payment or 2 for help - very dodgy so hung up
SCAM says Amazon Prim credit card charge and to call number back if the charge is ok. We dont have amazon credit card
Caller claims to be from by openreach and says there is an attempt to hack into our router, she wanted a Clsi number ... then gave me her customer care number 08000232023 which has been reported as a scam openreach number.
Should I Answer is a spam site. Avoid and use a better site

This is the second call in as many days from what appears to be a valid UK phone number but is most likely a cold caller masking their own number/ID and falsely making the call look like it's a UK number. I rang back the 'UK' number that phoned us the day before and it was a private individual living in Worcestershire. Neither she nor her husband had made the call. The Call Guardian phone has been worth its weight in gold as it deters 99% of cold callers - those that announce their names are then blocked

I can see from other comments this is AO.com. I haven't ordered anything from them in the last few years, yet have recently started getting called by this number several times a day. Never leave a message and a couple of times when I have answered, there is nobody on the other end.
