Had enough of constant phone calls

Received a call this morning from the above number. Said that my pension was now due for review. Said they were the PENSIONS ADVICE BUREAU and confirmed my address and postcode. Said they were conducting reviews on UK pensions and that my pension was due for review. Seems strange as I have no pension nor is one then up for review. Told her this and then she apologised and said that the number would be removed form the system. I asked her questions about what the mature of their business was. Told pensions

Looked up Biwater website as I have worked for Water Projects and knew the name to confirm my thoughts. Personally wouldn t trust them. Our business water provider already give discounts. Got rude and aggressive when i tried to question how they got my details and when i asked for their Consumer Credit license number. Started swearing, name calling and laughing. THESE HAVE TO BE STOPPED!!!!!

Teleperformance is an outsourced call centre working on behalf of many different companies. It could be a sales call or one of the companies using the outsourced call centre might need to reach you i.e. Sainsbury s etc.
