Called a few times. Initially I answered. Chap said hello then line went dead. Not sure whether they wanted me to call back. But I didn t. Opus staff continue to harass me for a balance allegedly owed to NPower. (NPower wrote to me, confirming that their bills using estimated meter readings were inaccurate, & that I owed NOTHING> However, Opus continue to phone me & did so again today.
