A recorded message of a woman with a strong foreign (Italian?) accent saying my broadband connection had been compromised and I should press 1 for a BT line or @ for other. I pressed 2 but was connected to a man who said he was Alan di Costa from BT Customer Services. I said I was calling BT from my mobile and asked him to stay on the line. He didn’t. I reported this to BT security on 0800 321999.

This number is used along with other numbers with the area code 020 380 and in the range 70648 to 70653 from my experience. I believe the calls are made using VOIP via a service centre in the UK and appear to be calls coming from London, but actually come from Israel or Cyprus or Bulgaria. These calls are from OptionFM a binary Option trading scam operated by Banc de Binary based in Israel.
