Fraud. This number left half a automated message on my answerphone saying 'An unauthorised payment from your card was made 15 minutes ago to a foreign country. To stop all future transaction please press....' At that point the call ended. Clearly a scam and number blocked.
Fraud Caller said they were from Starling and that someone had fraudulently used my account to pay for £900 on flight tickets and £2000+ on rent. This was of course a lie on their part. They said someone call earlier today and last week pretending to be me and provided all my information so there is no need to do any security checks and in fact the only security check they need is for me to tell them exactly how much I have in my account.
