Broad Indian accent, difficult to understand but the general gist I got was he wanted my details so he can save me 30-40% off my bill. Had to press for details on what bill he was saving me money on, he stammered and, almost like he was guessing, said my O2 mobile phone bill. Nobody in this house has any O2 devices so be safe - don't give these scumbags any details. Block the number, maybe work out some of your anger by screaming abuse at them as I did.

This number was on an email purportedly from. Ebay...saying call if you think the information was incorrect. The info was wildly incorrect. Assuming this is some form of phishing phone scam as phone number does not appear on eBay website or registered to them publicly.

Amazon scammer. Told me someone hacked my Amazon account and ordered a £754 iPhone. Sent me a code in a text and asked for this code. Scam and/or phishing attempt. It attempted to get me to message the phone number via WhatsApp. The person had sent an SMS from another number (07566706069) claiming to have dropped their phone down the toilet and that they’d instantly acquired a new phone. They asked me to message specifically via WhatsApp (???). This is the fourth message I’ve had this week, from a variety of unknowns, being asked to message a new number by someone claiming to have lost/damaged their phone.
